After winning the SPFL cinch League One title the previous weekend at home to Queen of the South, the Pars travelled to Airdrieonians to face the Diamonds on Match-Day 34.
Dunfermline were determined to keep their unbeaten run going and hoped to break the Club`s overall clean-sheet record for one season, too, so James McPake`s men still had plenty to play for.

DAFC needs to focus on next year`s plan to seal Championship presence.
After a year full of Robbie Mahon`s heroics and other big moments, the Pars managed to get their heads back into the game and escape League One. The relegation was a terrible setback, no matter how you look at it and serves as a grim warning of what could happen.

Match-Day 33 in SPFL cinch League One lived up to it`s billing if you were a Pars fan, as Dunfermline Athletic confirmed their immediate return to the Championship with an emphatic win over Queen of the South.
It was a “5-star performance on a 5-star afternoon” for DAFC, according to the ParsTV commentary team and it is hard to disagree with those sentiments! The sun shone for the majority of the day over KDM Group East End Park, as James McPake`s men made their most impressive home performance of the season, to clinch the League One title in style.

On Tuesday evening, Dunfermline Athletic were one of four Club`s playing the outstanding two re-arranged fixtures within SPFL cinch League One. The Pars travelled north to face Peterhead, while Falkirk faced Montrose in Angus, on Match-Day 32 of 36.

It was a massive 90 minutes of football at The Falkirk Stadium on Saturday, as John McGlynn`s men faced Dunfermline Athletic in SPFL cinch League One on Match-Day 31 for both sides. The Bairns knew a victory was vital if they were to realistically catch the Pars at the top of the division, with games running out fast.

It was Match-Day 30 for Dunfermline Athletic in SPFL cinch League 1 on Saturday, as they faced local rivals Kelty Hearts for the fourth and final time this campaign, at KDM Group East End Park.
The previous matches were all tight, ending 0-0 in the opening match of the term between James McPake and John Potter`s men, before two narrow 2-1 wins for the Pars.
BREAKING NEWS; SPFL Rule Change - Bonus Points For Corners.

The SPFL has today confirmed to all 42 Member Clubs that, following a recent Extraordinary Board Meeting, they have introduced, for Season 2022-2023, with immediate effect, a ruling which will see the side with the most corner-kicks at the end of a league match gain a “bonus point”, no matter the score-line. All "bonus points" have been backdated to the start of the campaign.
