- Authority - Liaising with club security and SFA
- Design - around 10 hours of research, design and understanding along with nearly a decade of experience.
- Materials- Understanding materials and how effective they are.
- Cost - understanding material cost, miscellaneous costs, delivery and tax.
- Fundraising - ensuring all costs are covered.
- set up - Managing the event and working with volunteers.
- Social media - fundraising, teasers, and information posts are scheduled.
- The tifo - ensuring all aspects of the display happen on the day
- The clean up - all items collected, stored and re used.
This display has close to 50 hours put in….is it worth it. Absolutely.
