My Favourite Pars Matches

I started watching the Pars when Leishman became manager; watching us get promoted up to the Premier League; and on the day we got promoted we were waiting for the tannoy guy to confirm that our rivals had failed to get the result and that we were promoted was brilliant.
It was too expensive for me to attend the two Scottish Cup Finals in 2004 and 2007, so I’ve only been able to experience them through reading stories and watching video highlights.
Experiencing playing in Europe against BK Hacken, and the late Sol Bamba contributing to us getting a 1-1 draw.
First home game after Norrie died : a 4-3 victory, with Craig Robertson scoring the winning goal after we had lost a 3-0 lead against Clydebank.
Lots of ups and downs since then but we still continue to support the Pars.
It was the last home game on the terracing before the redevelopment v Celtic in the 1997/98 season. I always liked to watch from behind the goal.
We had an aisle of police between us and the Celtic fans in the Norrie. When Craig Falconbridge scored the equaliser we all shouted "it`s all gone quiet over there" and nearly caused a riot!
It was the only time I came close to being arrested at a football match.
