1 - Martin Hardie. Of course. That brilliant brace against Raith Rovers on that night. The YouTube clip being played on loop millions and millions of times - That’s never 10 yairds!
2 - Istvan Kozma’s hattrick against St Mirren in 89/90 season. My first proper season attending most home and away games in the Premier. A 5v1 win for us which could have been plenty more if it wasn’t for us trying to get Ross Jack his hattrick too. I was living my best days. Think it was then that Mr Drummond spotted my Pars top under my school shirt and instantly promoted me to the school football team.
3 - another hattrick but this time our way game to Partick thistle in 2010. Our wee super Joe coming on a ht when it was 0v0 after my husband moaning to me that it was a long way to come for a 0v0 draw. Sublime hattrick with 3 totally different goals. End result 4v1 win and a happy journey home.
4 - 2010/11 season. Right at the start of the season we booked up hospitality for the final game; home game against Falkirk. Knew it was going to be a great season even before a ball was kicked. 4v0 win for us. But I more remember being allowed to mingle with the players after the game in legends. Was star struck trying to speak to Jim McIntyre and then Hamish was our taxi driver home. Everytime the radio plays the Black Eyes Peas - I gotta feeling, I am suddenly thrown back to that day.
5 - any Jimmy Calderwood game when he would decide to play half the team in attack. We either won or lost by a margin but the fans singing Jimmy C will never be forgotten. And beating Rangers and Celtic in the same season.
