Yes great memories, been at all the home ties in Europe, Everton Valencia & West Brom the picks which have all been widely mentioned. I was with my Dad and Grandad for the early adventures.
Beating the Jambos in Jan ‘69 at EEP in front of a huge crowd, the Jambos singing Dunfermline stole the Cup - Aye right! Enter oor supremo Bert Paton we were 4up after 30min? Did he score them all? The Jambos were exiting over oor heads all over the terracing before HT. I remember discussing these games with Roy Barry & he still doesn’t get it how we hero-worshipped him - his words, “My job was easy, I stopped the opponents not always fairly and passed it to Bert”.

However my favourite was in the late 90s v Dundee United at Tannadice. My business partner and I could not get tickets for the away end so managed to pick up two in the Shed beside the Arabs, set off early for lunch and I had one 🍺 as I elected to drive. I’m a little vocal at the Fitbaw. It wasn’t my fault Stewart Petrie bulged the net early in the first half and I’m giving it Yes before I realised my location!

To be fair, the Arabs seemed to take it well until near the end of the game 0-1 and certain promotion to the Premier League. We got chased out of the ground by a large angry group of Arabs into the car and off till the Inn at Ladybank!

The next fondest memory my first away European venture to Gothenburg via Stockholm, two beautiful cities. The football was incidental with the Pars fans singing, ‘What a waste of money’ after oor exit! But we had a great two days in Gothenburg - the Champagne Bar on the rooftop terrace of our Hotel overlooking the beautiful stadium which had been eerily quiet during the game was quite an experience.

Then the wonderful St.Pauli pre season friendly in front of a Full House at EEP.
