Message Forums Change

New message forum created for Football discussion only.

We have created a new message forum to split the Open Forum into two.

Football talk should be on the Pars Football Talk forum and any off-topic matters should use the Open Forum.

We will try this new format for a while to see if we can get a better service. The volume of traffic and content of some posts has forced this format. As usual we welcome any comments.
