Scandalous Ticket prices
Author: Brian Duncan Date: Saturday, 29th Mar 2003Once again the fans are being treated very badly with no ticket concessions for the Scottish Cup replay.
The ticket prices for the forthcoming Rangers Scottish Cup Replay at Ibrox show that no concessions will be available. I suppose we should be thankfull that the actual tickets prices have been reduced to £15 from their normal £20.
Somebody needs to knock their heads together to get a sensible pricing policy to ensure that children, OAP`s and Students get reduced prices for games.
This is not just an Ibrox problem, East End Park do not offer Rangers concessions when they are visitors.
As the fans are the paying customers, what should be done about it ? Does it stop you from going to such games ? Considering this game will be on TV they surely can`t expect a big crowd. Let us have your views on the messageboard.
In this case this may be tactics to ensure that the Pars support play no part in helping their team to overcome league leaders Rangers at home. With the game being at Ibrox the home team must surely look for every little advantage that they can get.
